How the coach works

Science is the biggest TEAS section, and most misses come from memorizing labels without knowing what changes when one part of a system changes. Pick an answer, check it, and see the one-line reason.

Or press "Walk me through it" and David, the TEAS Science tutor, asks two or three small questions that build to the answer, then names the rule to remember.

  • Questions are written ahead of time, not generated: anatomy and physiology (every body system), biology (cells, genetics, DNA and protein synthesis), chemistry (atoms, bonds, reactions, pH), and scientific reasoning (variables, experimental design, reading data). Next serves the next question from the type you picked, without repeats until the set runs out.
  • Pick an answer and press Check. A wrong pick gets one more try before the answer and its reason appear.
  • "Walk me through it" opens a short scripted conversation with your tutor: each step is one small multiple-choice question, and the last one is the question itself. Miss a step twice and the tutor shows it and moves on.
  • Pick your tutor from the TEAS team: David (Science), Nora (Reading), Lin (English), and Furaha (Math). Every tutor asks the same questions in their own voice; the walk-through is scripted, not an AI chat.
