For each body system, draw the structures in order, state what moves through them, identify the regulated variable, and predict what happens when one step increases or fails. Blood flow, gas exchange, filtration, hormone feedback, and digestion become easier when organized around movement and control instead of disconnected labels.
Connect biology and chemistry to physiology
Cells, membranes, heredity, macromolecules, reactions, water, acids and bases, and enzymes are not separate trivia drawers. Ask how each foundation explains a body-system event. Connections give you more than one retrieval path and make novel questions less fragile.
Practice scientific reasoning as an action
Identify the independent and dependent variables, controls, sample limitations, graph trend, and conclusion supported by the data. Do this with new tables and experiments. Memorizing a definition of “control group” is not the same as finding it in a scenario.
