Questions people ask

Can you fail the HESI A2 personality or learning style test?
No. Neither part is scored, and neither counts toward your cumulative score. There are no right or wrong answers, so answer honestly and move on.
Do nursing schools use the personality profile for admission?
Schools that include these parts use them for your own reflection and advising, not for admission cutoffs. Check your program’s admissions page to see which HESI A2 sections it requires.
What is on the HESI A2 learning style section?
About 14 questions in 15 minutes about how you like to take in new information, such as seeing it, hearing it, or trying it yourself. You get a short report of your preferences.
Is this the real HESI A2 inventory?
No. Ours is a short, original quiz written for NurseSavvy. The personality items come from the public-domain International Personality Item Pool. It shows what these parts feel like and turns your answers into study tips.
