How the calculator works
- The calculator starts with eight common costs, including tuition, books, uniforms, school tests, health checks, the NCLEX, your nursing license, and test study help.
- The total changes as you type. You can change every amount. Set an amount to zero if you will not have that cost.
- Tuition is usually the biggest cost. Enter the real price from your school before you use the total to plan.
- The NCLEX study-help amount starts with the current price of NurseSavvy. You can change it just like every other amount.
- The calculator does not include rent, food, or pay you may give up while you are in school. Your numbers are not saved.

- No. They are only starting examples. Replace them with the real prices from your school and state.
